Our Board-certified pulmonary disease and Critical Care specialists have decades of experience in treating patients in many settings. They are highly specialized physicians who focus on issues related to the respiratory system. They treat patients with conditions such as allergies, tuberculosis, asthma, COPD/ emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asbestos exposure, pulmonary fibrosis, and pneumonia. Among our critical care specialists are experts in the diagnosis, treatment, and support of critically ill and injured patients including those, with shock, sepsis, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, severe infections, stroke, pneumonia, and COVID-19, with multiple organ dysfunction.
Our Board-certified ICU expert witnesses have extensive experience and strong medical experience working with different types of serious illnesses since the ICU areas of hospitals are reserved for patients suffering from severe medical ailments and injuries. Pramod Krishnamurthy, MD
Board Certified in Intensive Care Medicine
Pramod Krishnamurthy, MD, MPH is board-certified in Pulmonology Critical Care and Interventional Pulmonology and is an Associate Medical Director at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation in the Bay Area, California. Dr. Krishnamurthy has a busy outpatient pulmonology practice and in addition practices critical care medicine at El Camino Hospital and Sutter Eden Medical Center. He has clinical privileges at four Bay Area hospitals ( El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, Sutter Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley, Washington Hospital in Fremont, and San Ramon Regional Hospital). His special interests include lung nodules and lung cancer, COPD, advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy, and critical care medicine including sepsis and respiratory failure.
Bobbak Vahid, MD
Board Certified in Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care, and Internal Medicine
Dr. Bobbak Vahid is a pulmonologist in Oakland, California, and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Eden Medical Center and San Leandro Hospital. He received his medical degree from the Iran University of Medical Sciences and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Pulmonologists treat ailments of
the lungs and respiratory systems include asthma, pneumonia, tuberculosis, complicated chest infections, and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases including emphysema.
