Pramod Krishnamurthy, MD

Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine

Pramod Krishnamurthy, MD, MPH is board-certified in Pulmonology Critical Care and Interventional Pulmonology and is an Associate Medical Director at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation in the Bay Area, California. Dr. Krishnamurthy has a busy outpatient pulmonology practice and in addition practices critical care medicine at El Camino Hospital and Sutter Eden Medical Center. He has clinical privileges at four Bay Area hospitals ( El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, Sutter Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley, Washington Hospital in Fremont, and San Ramon Regional Hospital). His special interests include lung nodules and lung cancer, COPD, advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy, and critical care medicine including sepsis and respiratory failure.

Bobbak Vahid, MD

Board Certified in Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care, and Internal Medicine

Dr. Bobbak Vahid is a pulmonologist in Oakland, California, and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Eden Medical Center and San Leandro Hospital. He received his medical degree from the Iran University of Medical Sciences and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Pulmonologists treat ailments of

the lungs and respiratory systems include asthma, pneumonia, tuberculosis, complicated chest infections, and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases including emphysema.

Kristina Kury, M.D.

Board Certified in Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care, and Internal Medicine

Kristina Kury M.D. is board-certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and is the Regional Medical Director for Sound Critical Care, East Bay, and the Medical Director for the Sutter Eden Medical Center ICU and Respiratory Departments.

Dr. Kury has over 20 years of experience in both pulmonary and critical care medicine and currently oversees the ICU programs at three Sutter sites in the SF Bay Area including Alta Bates Summit Medical Center campuses in both Oakland and Berkeley as well as the Sutter Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley.

Michelle Curry, MD

Board Certified in Anesthesiology / Critical Care

Michelle Curry specializes in Anesthesia and Critical Care Medicine, practicing in Santa Rosa and rural northern California. She completed her medical education at the University of Iowa and her residency and fellowship at UCSF in 2021. At UCSF, she was involved with the Anesthesia Division of Global Health Equity. As an expert in critical care management of COVID-19, she serves as Respiratory Therapy Medical Director at Sutter Lakeside Hospital. Her interests include quality improvement, perioperative management of patients with opioid use disorder, rural critical care, advanced airway management, and enhancing anesthesia safety in resource-limited areas.
