Eligibility
This promotional offer is available exclusively to new clients of Praxis Med Experts who reference the Attorney at Law Magazine advertisement at the time of claiming. Existing or former clients are not eligible. Limit: one discount per unique legal case, defined as a single matter identified by a case number or client agreement.
Offer Details
The $500 discount applies solely to the flat fee for an initial expert medical opinion, which includes:

Up to five (5) hours of expert time

A review of up to 3,000 pages of relevant records

One (1) 30-minute consultation with a board-certified expert
This offer does not apply to rush services or expedited delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Redemption & Claim Requirements
To claim this offer, eligible participants must complete the official online form or mention the Attorney at Law Magazine promotion at the time of inquiry no later than October 31, 2025.
The promotion is limited to the first 100 verified claims, determined by timestamp of form submission or qualified inquiry.
To redeem the offer, clients must initiate the expert opinion process—defined as submitting records or completing the initial consultation—on or before December 31, 2025. Services started by that date may be completed beyond that time, as needed.
Non-Transferable
This offer cannot be transferred to another attorney or case, assigned, or redeemed for cash, credit, or other compensation. It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or special pricing agreements.
Geographic Scope
Offer valid only within the United States and subject to applicable federal and state laws. Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility under their state’s regulations. Void where prohibited.
